Locating Land for your Manufactured Home

Most new manufactured homes today are sited on the buyer's own land. If you don't have your own land and need help, our sales associate will introduce you to a Realtor that specializes in land. When you locate the land and have a mutually accepted offer, that offer should be contingent on a satisfactory feasibility study being conducted to ensure the site improvements needed to place your manufactured home are possible. Please have your Realtor forward a copy of the Land Purchase and Sale Agreement to DeTray's.
